Will KCR make Prakash Ambedkar Rajya Sabha MP?

So, the unveiling of the mega statue of Ambedkar was no ordinary event. It now emerges that KCR has a master plan behind the whole event. BRS boss KCR wants to target the scheduled caste voters with this statue. But more than that he appears to have another ace up his sleeve. KCR wants to use Ambedkar's grandson Prakash Ambedkar for his party in the upcoming elections to the Telangana assembly and beyond.
BRS insiders say that KCR wants to use Prakash Ambedkar as the Dalit ambassador both within and outside the state. He has great appeal among the SCs in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and other states where SCs are present in significant number. Hence KCR is planning to use the services of Prakash Ambedkar. Sources say that preliminary talks are already over on the issue.
It is with this plan in mind that Prakash Ambedkar was invited as the chief guest at the statue unveiling at the secretariat the other day. Prakash was also effusive in his praise of KCR for 'taking care of the interests of the Dalits.' He specially praised the Dalit Bandhu scheme of the Telangana government.
Highly placed sources also say that KCR will reward Prakash Ambedkar with a Rajya Sabha seat in return for his services to the BRS. He will in turn tour Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Punjab and influence the Dalits in these states. Prakash Ambedkar is also regarded as an intellectual, public speaker and author.
