Will KCR shell out Rs 4 crore @ Astrology?

It is known that Telangana CM KCR has asked the officials to change the color of his convoy vehicles from black to white by painting them on the advice from his astrologers. However, Officials advised him that such a move would spoil the aesthetics of the vehicles. Instead, they suggested him to change the convoy completely and allot the old vehicles to some ministers or higher officials.
Apparently, KCR has been using the same convoy that was used by former chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy who replaced Toyota Fortuners with Toyota Land Cruiser Prado in October 2013.
The move to change the convoy completely would cost the state exchequer to the tune of Rs 4-5 crores. Will KCR spend that much just because of the Astrology?
In the past 100 days, We have seen how unpredictable the actions of KCR could be? So, we can't rule out any possibility for now.
