Will KCR's campaign be different for Munugode bypolls?

All eyes not just in Telangana but across the Telugu states are now on Munugodu, which will soon go to bypolls. This perhaps could be the last bypoll before the state goes to polls next year. There is heightened importance as the result could set the tone for the 2023 elections. Both the TRS and the BJP have made it a prestige issue.
Telangana CM and TRS supremo KCR had not campaigned in both Dubbak and Huzurabad bypolls. He campaigned and addressed a public meeting in Huzurnagar. But this time around, he is planning to address a public meeting in Munugode constituency even before the election notification is issued. This shows the importance that KCR attaches to Munugode.
What he would speak and what issues he would raise in the public meeting is now a hot topic of discussion in political circles. Will he unveil a mega welfare programme like the Dalit Bandhu that he had announced during the Huzurabad elections? Will he announce a new infrastructural project for Munugode? Speculations are rife that CM KCR might shower sops on Munugode.
The BJP sources expect that the CM would attack Hindutva politics and raise the issue of communal harmony. Sources also say that he is likely to raise the issue of Central government's allocations to the state. It is also possible that he would talk about the strict conditions that the Centre is imposing on the state government's borrowing.
