Will N Ramachandra Rao Get Another Chance?

The BJP has begun its preparations for the Graduates Constituency MLC elections in Telangana. There are three seats and one of them was won by the BJP. N Ramachandra Rao has won convincingly from the Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabubnagar constituency.
However, unlike the last time, when there was only one ticket aspirant, there are many aspirants this time. At least four leaders are trying for the ticket. Some argue that since Ramachandra Rao had his time under the sun, he should allow others to contest this time. Yet others are asking as to why N Ramachandra Rao should be given so many opportunities. He had been given MLA ticket twice, MP ticket once and was MLC once. In addition, he is the president of the city BJP unit. So, others much get the opportunity, they say.
Meanwhile, Ramachandra Rao is said to be going ahead with his preparatory works like voters recruitment and area-wise meetings. As of now, he seems to enjoy some advantage both within and outside the party.
