Will regional parties trust KCR this time?
By: Tupaki Desk | 16 Feb 2022 1:15 PM GMTThough Telangana CM and TRS supremo KCR is voicing his anti-BJP stand so vehemently in Hyderabad, is it being heard or taken notice of in Delhi or in any other state capital? Can this South Indian hero be recognised north of Vindhyas?
Ahead of 2019 elections too, KCR did voice his opinion and tried to forge a federal front, but to no avail. The Federal Front was a stillborn child.
He did meet Mamta Banerjee and Deve Gowda then. But, in the final analysis, Mamta latched on to the Congress and Deve Gowda remained undecided till the last. What will happen this time?
This time too, KCR is setting up meetings with the same set of leaders. He is all set to meet Mamta Didi, Deve Gowda and Uddhav Thackeray. He is said to be planning to attack the BJP with these friends.
Meanwhile, KCR got a phone call from Deve Gowda saying that he would back KCR in his fight against the 'communal' BJP.
It may be recalled that these very leaders shunned him in the run-up to the 2019 elections claiming that KCR was pro-Modi.
Will the script be different this time? Will he really be able to work with all these parties to build an anti-BJP coalition? Let's wait and see how thing unfold.
