Seemandhra lost the battle with Telengana in T-issue. With the help of Congress, Telengana people successfully achieved separate state after few decades of struggle. As Seemandhra lost the most develop region of Hyderabad, Congress high command gave special category to the region for the next few years.
Seemandhra is expected to increase its industrial strength in the next few years using this special feature. Now, this aspect is expected to destroy Telenganas growth to some extent. Even though, few companies established their bases in Hyderabad, they may shift them to the industrial zones of Vijayawada and Vizag in the upcoming years.
Seemandhra my turn out to be the main base for the companies while Hyderabad will be like a supporting industrial zone to Seemandhra. Majority of the IT companies which will do business in Crores may turn towards Seemandhra to enjoy less tax benefits. Even the small companies too may turn towards Seemandhra to get more profits. As majority of the industrialists from Andhra Pradesh are from Seemandhra, they may shift their companies from Hyderabad to Seemandhra regions. This may destroy the growth of Telengana further!
