Will Settle Matter In Sessions Court: Mohan Babu

Apart from imposing a penalty of Rs 41.75 lakh, Mohan Babu was sentenced to one year imprisonment in the cheque bounce case by Erramanzil Special Magistrate Court. The issue is related to the denial of remuneration for YVS Chowdary who helmed the disastrous flick 'Salem'.
Responding on the media reports, Collection King said: 'I paid complete remuneration to YVS Chowdary for directing 'Salem' in 2009 itself. To direct another flick in our banner, Offered Rs 40 lakh cheque. We decided to cancel the next project after 'Salem' failed miserably. Informed YVS about it and asked him not to deposit the cheque in the bank. Still, He deposited the cheque, made it bounce and filed a case against Me. YVS Chowdary misleaded the court. That is why he received a favourable judgement'.
The Veteran Actor is going to challenge the judgement of the lower court in the Sessions Court. He appealed public not to believe the bad propaganda against him in few news channels.
