Will TDP Lose In Those Two Segments?

Kukatpally and Serilingampally are the two crucial constituencies where TDP wishes to win at any cost. Percentage of settlers is more in these constituencies and that's the strength of TDP. Even the caste factor plays a key role in these two segments. That is why Congress didn't offering these two seats to its alliance partner. While Nandamuri Suhasini was fielded in Kukatpally, Bhavya's Anand Prasad contests from Serilingampally.
There was a strong campaign that victory will be a cakewalk for both Suhasini and Anand Prasad. However, Neck-and-neck situation by the time of polling is a bit of concern for TDP Leadership.
Low polling percentage in Kukatpally (57 percent) and Serilingampally (48 percent) raised many doubts. What does that mean? Many Voters refrained from voting even after accepting bribe.
