Will This Young MLA Become A Minister?

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is all set to rejig his cabinet and include two more persons into his cabinet. The new entrants will replace outgoing ministers Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose and Mopidevi Venkata Ramana.
If highly placed sources are to be believed, the replacements would belong to the same social groups as those of the outgrowing ones. Thus, one minister would be from the fisherfolk community, while the other is likely to be from the Setti Balija community. The sources say that Ponnada Sathish, MLA from Mummidivaram in East Godavari, would be made a minister. At the same time, the name of young YSRCP MLA Chelluboyina Venu, who represents Ramachandrapuram constituency also is likely to be made a minister. Who among the two could become the minister remains to be seen.
Sources say that Venu was asked to be present at the review meeting called by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on the functioning of various government corporations. This is an indication that he is the hot favourite. However Venu has to still get a call from the CM’s office.
