Will Vizag be Andhra Pradesh Film Capital too?

Vizag is known as the best place to mount films and this could be because of the geographical variation the area has to offer. Vizagites are known as big movie buffs too with East Godavarians also joining them.
When YS Jagan announced that Vizag will be developed as administrative capital of Andhra Pradesh, many film producers from Telugu Cinema, are happy with the decision.
They first thought 5 years ago, Vizag could be made capital like Chennai for Tamil Nadu, and Vijayawada will be another Madurai or Coimbatore.
But when the previous government said that Tulluru area closer to Vijayawada and Guntur, will be developed as a capital, their enthusiasm was curtailed.
The major reason for it is that they have bought vast lands in Vizag facing the sea. Ramanaidu developed a studio very early there but it is not being used as much as the producer thought.
With Administrative capital going to Vizag, lands cost will increase double or triple times at the area and it will help the film producers to either build studios there or just sell them to new companies that will try to grow based on the capital.
Hence, even though Megastar Chiranjeevi is getting criticised for his open letter in support of YS Jagan's decision against Pawan Kalyan's stand, by PK fans, film Industry is happy with it.
