With what authority, ambulances were stopped at AP border: HC to Telangana Govt!

The Covid situation in Telangana has once again reached the state High Court after the court heard a petition on Tuesday. During the hearing, the High Court expressed its dissatisfaction over the reduction in Covid tests in the state.
The High Court reportedly warned the Telangana government that if they disobey the court directives, contempt of court notices will be served.
The Court questioned the government on why the ambulances at the Andhra-Telangana border were stopped. With what authority, the ambulances were stopped at the border. Is it humane to stop the ambulance at the tough time, the Court asked?
Citing that Covid-19 guidelines were not followed in the Old City, the High Court asked whether lockdown will be imposed in the state or the guidelines will be made stricter.
Telangana Advocate-General B.S Prasad, who appeared for the court on the behalf of the state government told the court that details on lockdown/ curfew will be submitted to the court after the state cabinet that is scheduled to meet today takes a call on this.
It has to be noted that, earlier Telangana Chief Minister KCR has earlier said there is no need of imposing a lockdown stating that the situation is under control and lockdown leads to several problems.
