Wives of Russian Soldiers Have Similar Criminal Mentality?

It's been more than seven weeks since the Russian invasion of the European nation Ukraine started. The war is not over yet and the Russian troops are going against the Ukrainian troops. The Ukrainian women had earlier claimed that the Russian troops are after them and they are molesting and raping them.
Many activists and rape survivors have called out the Russian Army troops for involving women in the war and attacking them. A leaked audio footage says that the wives of the Russian soldiers are no less and they have the same cruel mindset.
The security service of Kyiv had found an audio clip that is believed to be a conversation between a Russian Soldier and his wife. In the clip, the woman had reportedly permitted her husband to rape the Ukrainian woman. Saying that there are Ukrainian women out there, the wife permitted her husband to do so.
While stressing the point that her husband can rape the women in Ukraine, the wife had urged her husband to use protection to avoid further complications. She reportedly asked her husband to not tell her anything after raping the women.
The alleged audio call was out at the time when the Russian Army troops are accused of targeting the women in Ukraine and raping them by threatening them with guns and other weapons. Many victims have spoken to the media and alleged that they faced the humiliation
