Husband kills Wife for not securing MBBS Seat

A Married Woman was killed brutally by her Husband at the Rock Town colony in LB Nagar on Sunday for failing to get admission for MBBS Course.
Harika (20) married Rishi Kumar in the year 2015. About 2-acres of farm land and Rs 5 lakh cash was offered as dowry at the time of marriage.
Rishi Kumar made Harika undergo coaching for two years to secure MBBS Seat. However, She did manage to get seat only in BDS. Since then, Rishi Kumar and in-laws kept harassing Harika to bring additional dowry of Rs 5 lakh & amount spent for her coaching in the past two years from her Family.
Parents of Harika alleged Rishi Kumar had killed their Daughter. A complaint was registered by the Harika's Mother in this regard. Rishi Kumar and his Parents were taken into custody. Cops reached a conclusion that it's a planned murder based on the circumstantial evidence. They are waiting for the post-mortem report for further action.
