Woman allows Men to Rape them: Minister

Uttar Pradesh Minister Totaram Yadav's comments on rape has stirred a huge controversy.
Totaram Yadav said Rape happens with mutual consent and It's the Woman who allows Men to sexually assault them. According to him, A women never gets raped but everything happens with mutual consent. 'After allowing a boy to do everything at first, The Girl terms it as rape when the news of their intimacy becomes public,' he adds.
The controversial remarks of Totaram Yadav have irked Akhilesh Yadav's Government. Samajwadi Party leader Gaurav Bhatia assured party will be taking appropriate action against Mr. Totaram for making such insensitive remarks.
Public Representatives have been inviting trouble with their shameful remarks while responding on the incidents related to sexual assault. Recently, Goa Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar invited the wrath by terming the gangrape of two Delhi Women in the tourist destination as a small issue.
