Woman Seeks Dead BF's Sperm to Have Kids

Ayle Cresswell, A Woman in Brisbane, moved Supreme Court for using the sperm of her dead Boyfriend to have children.
Before the sudden demise of her boyfriend Joshua Davies in August 2016, Ayle applied for the removal of reproductive tissue from his body. The 24-Year-Old safely stored the sperm at a medical clinic. Even Family Members of both Ayle and Joshua have supported this decision.
In her petition, Ayle Cresswell informed the court that she and Joshua Davies had always dreamt of having children. Joshua said to Ayle several times about having kids with her.
Brisbane Supreme Court has given its consent to the appeal made by Ayle Cresswell. It opined both the families would take good care of the child, so that the feeling of not having a father doesn't arise.
