Woman shames Man who masturbated at Her

A woman in Mumbai shamed a man who harassed her by posting his picture on Twitter page. What follows is support from the netizens and the quick reaction of Maharashtra Chief Minister.
Maryanna Abdo who claims to be a writer and education nerd tweeted: "Please RT-this man just masturbated at me on the street in broad daylight. Ran away after a confrontation".
The two other guys in the picture were the ones who came to the rescue of the woman.
Maharashtra CMO informed through its Twitter handle that Chief Minister Devender Fadnavis has directed Joint CP Deven Bharti to trace the offender and book a case against him for the indecent act.
