Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday afternoon flagged off the Hyderabad Metro Rail at the Miyapur Station. He launched Metro Pylon and Metro Station one after the other. Then, He watched the special video named as Hyderabad-Mana Metro. Thereafter, He unveiled Metro Brochure and Metro App.
Cops had faced difficulty in control the crowd which assembled at Miyapur Metro Station at the time of inauguration. They resorted to a minor lathi-charge to bring situation under control. PM headed to HICC for Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) after the inauguration of Metro Rail. That's when vehicles were allowed to pass in the route and the heavy rush resulted in a huge traffic jam.
A Woman Loco Pilot got the opportunity to the first passenger of Hyderabad Metro Rail, PM Narendra Modi, for a ride. Hyderabad Metro have over 35 women loco pilots and that's something really appreciable.
