Actress Assault Case: MLA booked!

Kerala MLA PC George landed in trouble for accusing the Malayalam Actress who was abducted and sexually assaulted in February this year of lying. He questioned how could the victim attend the shoot within two days instead of visiting hospital if she was assaulted so brutally. The Legislator opined Dileep is innocent and he was arrested unnecessarily. He even said few actresses have been earning quick bucks by acting semi-nude in Malayalam Films.
A suo moto case was registered by the Kerala Women's Commission against PC George for objectionable remarks against the Actress who faced sexual assault. Comments of PC George have been treated as an attempt to defame the Actress.
PC George, an Independent MLA, represents Poonjar Constituency. Kerala Assembly Speaker was informed about the duo moto case booked against the Legislator.
Kerala High Court denied bail to Malayalam hero Dileep citing concrete evidence to prove his role in the crime. The bail petition will come up for hearing once again on August 18th.
