The shocking revelation came to light after teacher in the Jashpur district who came across the matter has filed a petition in the state women's commission against the same. In 2014, school text books of West Bengal labelled revolutionary freedom fighters as 'terrorists'. In 2012, textbook in a CBSE school had claimed that non-vegetarians always used to lie, cheat.
People are always talking about women empowerment and gender equality but this type of reports really hamper the spirit of noble causes.
