World's Nicest & Worst Cities announced

In a survey covering 231 Cities, Austria's Capital Vienna emerged as World's Nicest City for eighth year in a row. Rents & Public Transport in this city are cheaper than what it was in other capitals in Western Countries. This city is known for architecture, cafe culture, museums, theatres and operas.
Zurich in Switzerland, Auckland in New Zealand, Munich in Germany and Vancouver in Canada are in the Top 5 list of Most Nicest Cities to live in.
Yet again, Baghdad is being ranked as Worst City to live on the planet. Rankings were given based on various parameters such as Education, Health Care, Political Stability, Transportation, Crime Rate, Recreation & Etc.,
Surprisingly, New York, London, Paris and Tokyo didn't even feature in the Top 30. Singapore is the best ranked Asian City (25th Rank). San Francisco is the nicest city in USA and it is ranked 29th. In Africa, Durban in South Africa was ranked best and it is at 87th Spot.
