TMC Chief, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who injured her leg when she was allegedly attacked in Nandigram on Wednesday holds a rally ahead of the Assembly polls.

The Chief Minister held the rally in a wheelchair. Hundreds of party workers and supporters standing behind her. Mamata said nothing will stop her, though she is hurt and unwell.

The 66-year-old told the gathering that she will continue to roam in the state on the wheelchair for his goal of safeguarding the interests of the public in the state. She questioned, who will reach out to the public

The Chief Minister added that she will never bow down even if she is unwell. A wounded tiger is more dangerous, Mamata Banerjee aka Didi said.

Didi made a public appearance for the first time after she was reportedly attacked in Nandigram when she went to the constituency to file her nominations. She is contesting from the constituency.

The attack incident on Mamata Banarjee raised several questions on why the Chief Minister has not used the bullet-proof car, who has a Z-Plus security. Instead of the Chief Minister, the security in-charge was sitting in the bullet-proof carThe opposition parties didn't believe the incident and termed the incident as an election stunt.

However, the TMC has written to the Election Commission to take strict action against the culprits. The Election Commission has ordered an investigation in this regard and the report is awaited.
