AP in Crisis after failing to reach targets

Estimated Non-Tax Revenue - Rs 2,497 crore, Actual Revenue: Rs 1,986 crore
During the budget presentation, Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu predicted the revenue deficit could be Rs 415.80 crore by the end of the 2017-18 Financial Year. Sadly, The deficit touched Rs 1,400 crore-mark already and it might be anywhere close to Rs 10,000 crore by the end of fiscal.
Total Expenditure: Rs 64,000 crore [Revenue Expenditure: Over Rs 57,000 crore, Capital Expenditure: Rs 8,832 crore]. As much as Rs 13,000 crore of expenditure is for settling the pending bills of financial year 2016-17.
