YCP MLA Sustains Heart Attack, Hospitalised!

Senior YSRCP leader Mekapati Chandrasekhar Reddy who is serving as the MLA of Udayagiri Constituency in Nellore District reportedly suffered a heart attack just a while ago. He was rushed to the Apollo facility in Nellore immediately for the required treatment. Doctors are treating the ruling party MLA.
Though the health bulletin of the MLA is yet to be released it is said that his health condition is allegedly critical. If required he might be shifted to Chennai for better treatment. Whether or not to shift the MLA will be dependent on his health condition as per the reports.
Chandra Sekhar Reddy happens to be the uncle of Mekapati Goutham Reddy who passed away due to a cardiac arrest while doing gym. He complained of heart pain and was rushed to the hospital. But he could not be saved.
Mekapati Chandrasekhar Reddy is known as a strong supporter of YSR. When Jagan came out of Congress and floated his YSRCP, Chandrasekhar Reddy was among the very few leaders who left Congress and supported Jagan.
He won the MLA elections from Udayagiri for four terms. But he lost the elections in 2014. Despite this, he was given a chance to run for the elections in 2019 and he won the elections by a big margin.
Of late he is in the news as he is dubbed as a disgruntled MLA as he is suffering from a few issues with the local leaders. Recently he complained against a local leader who joined the party from the TDP. With this, he was removed from the post.
