YCP Wants To Scare Chandrababu Naidu with Kuppam Issue?

YCP gave a big shock to Chandrababu Naidu which he will not forget for the rest of his life by winning the local body polls in Kuppam. Since then, the ruling party has been focusing on Kuppam. It wants to clean sweep the next general polls. If Chandrababu Naidu loses Kuppam then it will be game over for Telugu Desam Party.
This forced Chandrababu Naidu to focus on Kuppam and under this he planned a tour in his constituency. On the first day itself, Chandrababu Naidu's tour saw tense situations in the region. The Anna Canteen which was supposed to be thrown open today was vandalised reportedly.
The supporters of the Telugu Desam Party and YSRCP are showing their strength by calling for a protest in Kuppam. The situation reached a point where the cops were deployed in large numbers as a safety measure. Cadres of both parties reportedly clashed with each other leading to a tense situation.
The educational institutions were shut and the RTC buses were also asked to not leave the depot until further notice. The concerned SP has issued key directives to the cops to see that no tense situations take place in Kuppam.
Kuppam seeing tense situations on the first day of Chandrababu Naidu's visit raised a new doubt if YCP wants to scare Chandrababu Naidu and the opposition party. Anna Canteen getting vandalised reportedly added fuel to this.
Telugu Desam Party sympathisers believe that with the episode the ruling party might thought of scaring Telugu Desam Party supporters and cadre that even the party chief cannot visit his constituency. If Chandrababu Naidu cannot visit Kuppam when what would be the situation of other leaders this might be the gameplan of YCP, TDP supporters say.
If this is really the game plan of the YSRCP led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy then it almost reached the target. The YCP supporters and cadre of YCP almost showed stars to Chandrababu Naidu by spoiling his schedule of opening the Anna Canteens. By opening Anna Canteen, Telugu Desam Party wanted to show that it is very strong in the Kuppam constituency.
