BJP Will Win Karnataka Trust Vote: Sinha
By: Tupaki Desk | 19 May 2018 4:52 AM GMTFormer Union Minister Yashwant Sinha who has been criticizing the policies of PM Narendra Modi-led NDA Government predicted BJP would win vote of confidence in Karnataka by foul means.
After Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala allotted 15 days for BS Yeddyurappa to prove his majority, Yashwant Sinha staged a protest near the Parliament. He alleged Governor's decision has triggered an Indian Political League, just alike Indian Premier League in Cricket. 'And now, MLAs will be auctioned. Whichever party offers maximum money gets their support,' he said taking a sharp dig at BJP.
Mr.Sinha believes what's happening in Karnataka at present will repeat in Delhi after 2019 Lok Sabha Polls if NDA fails to obtain clear majority.
Yashwant Sinha was Finance and External Affairs Minister during Atal Bihari Vajpayee's regime between 1998 to 2004. He was one of those who opposed Modi being named as BJP's PM Candidate. Just alike LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi, He was sidelined by Modi & Co., after forming the Government in 2014.
