Vallabha Neni Vamsi changed his seat on the second day of the assembly session. He went and sat with the YCP MLA's. He went an sat beside Gudivada Amarnath and spoke with him for some time.
On the first day of the assembly session, Vallabhaneni Vamsi sat in the last row of TDP. another MLA Maddhala Giri also sat beside Vallabhaneni Vamsi. But on the second day, Vallabhaneni Vamsi sat in the seat, which was allotted to YSRCP leaders and this became the hot topic.
In 2019, Vallabhaneni Vamsi resigned to TDP party and later TDP party suspended him from the party. During the winter session, he asked the speaker to identify him as the special member and allocate a seat. The speaker also responded positively and asked the secretary to reserve a seat wherever possible.
