Many TDP Leaders either believe they have a bright future in BJP or reached a conclusion that joining the Saffron Party is the best way to shield themselves in the next 5 years. There were already reports of JC Family, Adinarayana Reddy and few other AP TDP Leaders holding talks with the BJP Leadership. And now, An update hinting about the defections into Telangana BJP has just arrived.
Devender Goud & his Son Veerender Goud are contemplating on joining the BJP. Already, Rest of the prominent Leaders in Telangana TDP joined TRS, Congress and BJP. It's now the turn of Father-Son duo.
Post the dismal performance in 2019 AP Elections, Chandrababu Naidu promised to cater two days in a week to strengthen Telangana TDP. Devender Goud decided to ditch TDP within days after such an announcement.
BJP offered hope to many Leaders in Telangana by winning 4 MP Seats in Telangana during the 2019 Lok Sabha. Already, TDP Leaders Peddireddy and Chada Suresh Reddy were contacted by the BJP. Considering the dire situation of Telangana Congress, Most Leaders have been preferring BJP as the safest option if they aren't keen to join TRS. Devender Goud remained mum on the reports of his exit from TDP.
