UP Chief Minister's Padayatra in Kerala
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 Oct 2017 9:21 AM GMTThe other day, BJP President Amit Shah launched padayatra against political violence in Kerala where the Left Party is in power. And now, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath targeted the Kerala Government by highlighting the 'love jihad' issue.
At a rally in Kannur on the second day of BJP's Padayatra, Yogi Adityanath opined Left Government in Kerala isn't able to act tough on Love Jihad, which marked the trend of Muslim Boys developing a relationship with Girls of other religions. Saying that the soil in Kerala is blood-soaked, UP CM predicted it won't last like that for too long as it will turn into a soil of saffron and nationalism.
Yogi Adityanath told violence has no place in democracy. 'Since 2001, 120 BJP and RSS Activists were murdered in Kerala. In Kannur alone, 84 people were killed. CPM is answerable to these murders if it believes in democracy. Kannur in Malayalam means land of tears. In coming days, It will be CPM that will have to shed tears as they will be defeated,' he says.
A CM of country's biggest state taking part in the padayatra at an another State is something we don't see happening even once in a decade. In that way, Yogi proved he is unlike other Chief Ministers.
