CM cancels 15 Public Holidays at one go

Yogi Adityanath began leaving a mark of his own ever since he became Uttar Pradesh CM. Soon after his swearing-in ceremony, He asked Government Officials to be prepared to work for 18 to 20 hours.
Now, Yogi Adityanath cancelled as many as 15 public holidays which were meant to observe anniversaries of eminent personalities. Actually, All of these public holidays were introduced by Akhilesh Yadav's SP Government to reach out to various communities.
Akhilesh Yadav's Government implemented as many as 42 Public Holidays. Out of them, 17 are in memory of inspirational personalities. Yogi Adityanath scrapped 15 of them at one go. From now, Government Officials in Uttar Pradesh need to be ready to work much more days in a calendar year.
