Ram Gopal Varma desperately wants Pawan Kalyan to float a new political party and he is making use of every opportunity to mount the pressure on the actor. Mentioning about the earth shattering openings for 'Atharintiki Daredi', the director commented, "Even after this proof of how much people love him if Kalyan still doesn't start his own party he will be the biggest idiot".
RGV stated Pawan Kalyan reached peak of Himalayas whereas Chiranjeevi is still at the base of that mountain after 40 years. He also opines names like Megastar are too small for Powerstar's range and he should be renamed as Tsunami Star
