Young Indian sensational to lead Delhi Capitals for 2021 IPL

Young Indian player Shreyas Iyer, who leads the Delhi Capitals had dislocated his left shoulder in the first ODI match against the English team earlier this month. He will be missing the upcoming IPL season reportedly.
Due to the unavailability of Shreyas Iyer, the Delhi Capitals franchise has named young sensation Rishab Pant as the DC captain. The franchise announced the same on Twitter.
In the tweet, the Delhi Capitals team said Rishab Pant will be the captain for the franchise for the 2021 season of the Indian Premier League(IPL). In the absence of Shreyas Iyer, who was ruled out of the IPL season, Rishabh Pant will lead the team.

The Young wicket-keeper batsman who played a key role in India's win across formats in recent time will be the fourth-youngest player to lead a team in the IPL game. DC will lock horns with the mighty CSK led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni on the 10th of April.
