Youth prefering freelance jobs to permanent jobs

It's almost one year since Corona lockdown visited us and changed our lives forever. Jobs were gone, offices were changed and things were never the same. But one thing that has changed forever is the way we look at the jobs. Gone were the 9-to-5 office-going jobs. A news job profile has come into being.
More and more youths are now going freelance. Determined to ensure that Corona-like job-loss situation does not visit them again, the youths are preferring to do freelancing jobs, where work and income are secure, but the work profile is quite flexible. Indeed Jobs, a job portal, which conducted a comprehensive survey on job profiles, found that compared to January 2019 , 22 percent youths are preferring to do freelancing. The searches for freelance jobs has gone up considerably. The survey has also shown that more and more companies and firms too are preferring to offer jobs to freelance employees.
The study has shown that there is great demand for freelance writers, designers, recruiters and developers. The report reveals that freelance writer is the in-demand job these days. It says that this trend is likely to continue in the days to come.
