Viral Video: Youth tortures Street Dog!

A footage showing a youth brutally torturing a street dog merely for having a good laugh has gone viral on the social networking sites.

The video opens with Dar Ji (DJ) alias Vatssam Kumar taming a dog, going behind it only to hold its leg, rotates the creature in the air for six times and throws it against a parked car. Two or more persons were cheering DJ when this happened. The Youth who is believed to be a native of Delhi invited trouble by posting the footage on his Facebook page.

Social activist and lawyer Shehzad Poonawalla brought the brutality to the notice of Delhi's police commissioner BS Bassi and demanded registration of an FIR against Vatssam Kumar.
