YS Avinash Reddy's Bail Petition Postponed Again!

The Supreme Court set aside the protection granted to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the YS Vivekananda Reddy recently. So it has become interesting to know what happens next in the case. The Supreme Court also said no to giving protection to Avinash Reddy as the High Court would hear the protection on April 26.
As another new twist in the case, the bail petition filed by YS Avinash Reddy was postponed by the court. The Telangana High Court was supposed to hear the petition today. But it was postponed to tomorrow. The Court said that the petition would be heard on April 27.
Surprisingly this is not the first time that the petition was postponed. Earlier the petition was scheduled to be heard on April 25. But the court postponed the hearing to 26 and now the petition was postponed to tomorrow and we have to wait and see what happens next in the case.
When the High Court granted protection to Avinash Reddy from a possible arrest by the CBI, YS Sunitha Reddy moved the Supreme Court to challenge this. Hearing the petition, the Supreme Court reportedly expressed its dissatisfaction with the orders given by the High Court and set them aside.
As the Supreme Court heard the petition, the case hearing could not happen in Telangana High Court. In another twist, the petition was postponed. Now all eyes are on the High Court to see what the court will decide on this matter.
Though YS Vivekananda Reddy was found dead in Andhra Pradesh, the case hearing is happening in Telangana as the case was transferred here, YS Sunitha Reddy who fought for the CBI investigation in the matter also waged a tough fight to see that the case moves to Telangana from Andhra Pradesh for a better probe.
YS Vivekananda Reddy, a former MP was found dead at his house in Pulivendula. The AP CID probed the matter initially and later the CBI came into the picture. Vivekaâs former driver Dastagiri became approver in the case and made some sensational comments and took some big names. Now he is saying that he is having a threat from Avinash Reddy's followers.
