YS Jagan preparing an alternative to Botsa Satyanarayana in Vizianagaram?

Is YS Jagan Mohan Reddy working hard to find an alternative to Botsa Satyanarayana in North Andhra? Is he trying to undercut the influence of Botsa in the North Andhra politics? Yes, say those who are watching the politics unfold in the North Andhra region. They say that Jagan is trying to find a leader who can match up to the guile and wile of Botsa.
Botsa has been dominating north Andhra politics for over three decades. He has a firm grip on Vizianagaram district and has considerable influence in other North Andhra districts too. He has worked under four chief ministers so far and has been a minister for over 15 years.
But, Jagan wants a counterfoil for Botsa within the party and the alternative is none other than Majji Srinivasa Rao aka Chinna Srinu. He is the nephew of Botsa Sattibabu and is currently the zilla parishad chief in Vizianagaram.
Chinna Srinu is currently Botsa's alter-ego and takes care of the party and the district in Botsa's absence. He has learnt the art and craft of politics from Botsa himself. Many say that his strategies match those of Botsa. Sources say that Jagan is now cultivating Chinna Srinu in Vizianagaram.
Chinna Srinu impressed Jagan with his hard work, dedication and commitment to the party and to YS Jagan. Now, Jagan wants to make him an MLA and enable him grow into a key leader. Jagan has made him the district president of the YSRCP.
Interestingly, Botsa wants to promote his son Sandip Botsa and Chinna Srinu is seen as a rival to Sandeep. It remains to be seen how Botsa reacts to this. Will he rebel against YS Jagan or will he simply fall in line? Let's wait and watch.
