YS Jaganmohan Reddy launched his Praja Sankalpa Yatra Today after paying tributes to his father late YS Rajasekhar Reddy in Idupulapaya.
Addressing the gathering at the public meeting in Idupulapaya, Jagan explained the actual intention behind the 7 months-long Padayatra. At the same time, He accused Chandrababu Naidu of coming to power in 2014 with false promises. 'Whereas, I would neither make promises which can't be implemented nor ignore the promises made,' he assured.
Citing the 'Job Ravalante…Babu Ravali' campaign by TDP, Jagan alleged that even the existing job disappeared after Chandrababu Naidu came to power. He commented, 'Job Ravalante...Babu Povali'.
Jagan accused TDP Government of failing to mount pressure on Centre to fulfill the promises of AP Reorganisation Act 2014. 'Had if the Central Government institutions arrived by now, Thousands of Jobs would have be created for the unemployed Youth. The crisis would only deepen if the situation remains the same. Dethroning Chandrababu from power is the only way to bring a change,' says YCP Chief.
Opposition Leader alleges 21 YCP MLAs were bought by TDP like sleep in the market. He challenged the Ruling Party to make the defector MLAs resign and contest by-election. He accused TDP of winning Nandyal by-poll by spending Rs 200 crore. 'If by-election happens in the remaining 21 Constituencies, We will see how TDP Government will be able to spend Rs 4,000 crore,' he commented.
