YS Sharmila says, she was never associated with her brother's party!

YS Sharmila, daughter of former chief minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Dr. Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, who is gearing up to set up her political outfit in Telangana spoke to a leading national website.
The interview left everyone in splits after YS Sharmila reportedly said that, she was never a part of the ruling YSRCP party, set up by her brother YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The party was set up in 2011.
Indirectly hinted at disputes with her brother, YS Sharmila said, she was a mere star campaigner for the YSRCP Party. She also urged the media and the public to not discuss the issues within their family.
In the interview, YS Sharmila answered a few tricky questions with short and straight answers which made the interviewer go crazy after listening to Sharmila's answers.
Taking a question on why she remained out of focus for several years after taking the responsibility to strengthen the party when Jagan Mohan Reddy was arrested, Sharmila said, insecurity among leaders is quite common.
Sharmila took a potshot at her brother YS Jagan Mohan Reddy that there is no development in Andhra Pradesh. However, she said compared to Chandrababu Naidu, Jagan is doing far better.
Her comments came while talking bout the situations in Telangana. Sharmila observed that the ruling TRS had sidelined the development and there is no significant development in the state.
Sharmila wondered why YSRCP leaders kept their distance with her entry into the political arena. However, she made it clear that her political outfit would have cordial relations with YSRCP.
She became the face of the party when the party was going through a crisis. She actively participated in Odarpu Yatra and other party activities which held gave a josh to the party cadre.
