YSR Soulmate involved in $18 Million Bribery case

US Justice Department levelled charges against Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra Rao for his involvement in $18 Million Bribery case.
KVP along with 6 others which include a Indo-American Businessman and an Ukrainian Billionaire had bribed various Indian states and Central Government officials to secure licenses to mine minerals in AP during former chief minister late YSR's tenure between 2006-2007. They chalked out plans to generate $500 million annually from the sale of Titanium products.
YSR Government had strike a deal with Swiss company Bothli Trade AG to set up a joint venture for mining of minerals which include Titanium sponge. The very next year, An nameless US Company has entered into an agreement for procuring 5-12 billion pounds of titanium sponge worth $500 million per year. After this agreement, Million of Dollors have flown into the accounts of Indian Government Officials as bribe for obtaining necessary licenses.
