No Confidence Motion against AP Speaker

Main Opposition YSR Congress moved No Confidence Motion against Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao on Wednesday.
YCP Legislators led by Jyothula Nehru met Assembly Secretary Satyanarayana Today for moving the No Trust Motion as per Article 179 (C). All the 67 MLAs of the Opposition have signed on the motion and they even sought the video clippings of Assembly proceedings on December 18th, 2015.
Assembly Secretary will hand over the No Confidence Motion to Speaker now. The Speaker's Office will have to respond on the Motion within 14 days. Speaker will decide whether a special session would be convened for a discussion on the No Trust Motion for two days or wait till the next session of Assembly.
