YSRCP councillor takes to street against party MLA over loan repayment

QA party councillor has declared war against Kalyandurg YSRCP MLA Ushasri Charan. The councillor claims that the MLA has taken a hand loan from her and is refusing to pay back. Not just that. She is allegedly using her henchmen to intimidate the councillor. The situation has come to such a pass that the councillor and her husband have recently staged a dharna in front of the MLA's residence.
According to Ward 9 YSRCP councillor Prabhavathi, she advanced a hand loan of Rs 1.60 crore to Ushasri Charan during the time of the assembly elections. The money was reportedly used for electioneering. Later, Ushasri paid Rs 1 crore, but took another loan of Rs 1 crore. Later, the MLA gave back Rs 90 lakh. But, she stopped paying the remaining Rs 70 lakh.
According to the councillor, the MLA is letting loose her henchmen whenever she is asked for the remaining amount. The other day, the councillor and her husband even staged a dharna in front of the house. MLA's close associates mediated and told them that the amount would be repaid soon. But,as the councillor couple were returning home. They were attacked by the supporters of the MLA near the municipal office.
The councillor and her husband are now demanding that the YSRCP top leaders intervene in the issue and ensure that the outstanding amount be paid back to them. They said that it was sad that their own party leaders were doing injustice to them by evading payment.
