YSRCP MLA tweets about Virat Kohli's retirement, grabs eyeballs
By: Tupaki Desk | 16 Jan 2022 2:13 PM GMTChilakaluripet YSRCP MLA Vidadala Rajani leaves no opportunity of getting some publicity. Known for her innovative ways, this first-time MLA never tires of publicity. She is ridiculed in her own constituency for her ability to be in the center of any frame in photo sessions. She ensures that her presence is noticed on social media. She has a large set of PAs to ensure that she gets maximum news coverage.
Now Rajini has taken up the issue of Virat Kohli's sudden resignation from the captaincy of the Indian test team. She did not waste even a minute and took to Twitter to wish well for Virat. She tagged her tweet to Virat Kohli. Soon her tweet became a sensation and people began talking about her, especially in AP and Chilakaluripet. Many said that she was targeting the young voters through this tweet.
She tweeted: 'We would not have wanted to hear this news & certainly not now but we respect your decision and thank you for all that you have given to Indian Cricket. We wish you all the best and hope to see much more cricket from you in days to come.'
However, there is a strong criticism of Vidudala Rajini's tweet. Many are slamming her for ignoring the development of the constituency and focusing only on publicity. They said that it is time that she started taking interest in the affairs of the constituency and stop what they called 'Publicity gimmics.'
