By: Tupaki Desk | 25 May 2020 3:02 PM GMTThe Chairman of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) board Y.V. Subba Reddy called for a press briefing on the auction of the immovable assets to clear all the airs about these issues which attracted the interest of the media from the past few days.
Mr. Reddy said that the board just discussed the thought of auctioning the assets that belong to the board after they found the lands in Tamil Nadu which are on the edge of getting occupied by others.
He urged people to not believe in the news of the auctioning of these assets as there is no truth in this news and said that the board did not take any call on the auctioning of these assets.
He went on to say that during the regime of former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu the TTD brought the decision to auction the assets which are in the danger of getting occupied.
The TTD Chairman added that the main aim of the TTD is to save the lands and assets of the temple donated by the devotees and asked people to not link politics to the Holy pilgrimage.
