It is already known that the Trump administration in the United States has communicated the imposition of 100K dollar fee on H1B visa from now on. Now let us have a look at the biggest H1B recruiters in the United States and how this new regulation would affect them.

The 2025 H-1B Visa Report shows the top companies in the United States that are sponsoring foreign workers. It also highlights how many applications they filed and the average salaries offered.

Amazon.com Services is at the top with 10,969 applications and an average salary of $149,812. Next is Cognizant Technology Solutions with 8,688 applications, but the salary is lower at $101,773.

Ernst & Young follows with 8,674 applications and an average salary of $143,378. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) also filed a large number of applications (8,120) with an average salary of $105,529.

Among tech giants, Google filed 7,649 applications with a high average salary of $178,184, while Microsoft filed 6,649 applications at an average of $163,672. Infosys had 4,926 applications with salaries around $103,102. Meta Platforms offered the highest salaries among the top companies $199,944 for 4,566 applications.

Other major sponsors include Intel, HCL America, Amazon Web Services, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Walmart, Apple, and Accenture. Notably, Apple reported the highest average salary of all at $202,303. Salesforce also paid well, with an average salary of $186,106.

Indian IT firms like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL, and Tech Mahindra (via Ltimindtree and Capgemini) appear strongly on the list, but their salaries are generally lower than U.S. tech giants.
