Akbaruddin Owaisi Threatening A Cop Attracts A Case!

Telangana is slated to go for the elections in a few days. The Election Commission released the schedule a few weeks back and the Model Code of Conduct came into existence with immediate impact. Under this, the parties and leaders should follow certain rules and be careful about not crossing them.

Despite this Akbaruddin Owaisi, AIMIM MLA made some crucial comments and threatened a police inspector who was on duty. When the police officer reminded the MLA that his time to address the meeting was over, the MLA threatened him saying if he made a sign the cops should run.

"If I give a signal then you'll have to run, shall we make him run? This is what I'm saying they come like this to weaken us," Owaisi said at the rally.

As a new development in the row, a case has been registered against him as per the reports. It is said that the case was registered under 506 IPC, 153 IPC, 505(2),506 and others. The mainstream media said the same.

What AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi said at the rally created a political sensation. The Telangana wing of BJP took strong objection to this and is claiming that with the support of BRS and Congress, MIM became a criminal enterprise and the mess should be clean.

"For decades, with the support of Congress and BRS, AIMIM has become a criminal enterprise which has kept the old city deprived and crime-ridden. It’s time to clean up this deliberately created mess. In the BJP govt, for this action of Akbaruddin, there will be a bulldozer reaction," the party wrote on X.
