In an example of what a single election does to a party the YCP is dealing with a lot of troubles. In 2019 the party recorded a landslide victory with 175 seats and cut to 2024 the party barely managed to win just 11 seats. The party is not fighting to get the status of an opposition party. The party saw two extreme scenarios.

As if that is not enough the party is seeing the leaders leaving. A few former MLAs left the party. Now another one joined the row and announced his decision to leave the party. However, there is no information about his future plans.

Alla Nani who served as the Health Minister in the last term and was among the Deputy Chief Ministers called it quits. He resigned from the party and the positions in the party. He said that for personal reasons he took the decision.

Whatever might be the reason a former Minister leaving the party is a big blow to the party which was in power in the last term. It is said that he might keep his distance from politics for some time.

For the past few days, media reports are abuzz that Alla Nani might quit the party. Making the reports true he left the party. However, there is no clarity over the reason behind this.

Earlier Pithapuram former MLA Pendem Dorababu and former Ponnur MLA Kilari Venkata Rosaiah left the party and this time the former Minister joined the list.
