All dressed up, but BRS is not inviting its own student wing

The student wing of the BRS, the BRS Vidyarthi, is in utter quandary. Though the leadership of the student wing is enthusiastic about campaigning for the BRS candidates, neither is there an invitation from the candidates, nor is the party assigning them with any important task.

The BRSV recently held its state level conference, where it has decided to work for the BRS candidates across the state. The BRSV prepared a lengthy note about the student-friendly and pro-education initiatives of the party. Accordingly, district and mandal level meetings of the students were planned.

However, the BRSV leadership is facing two problems. Firstly, neither the party nor the candidates have asked them to campaign for them. Without a formal invitation, they are finding it difficult to go to the people. Secondly, the youth in general, are unhappy with the BRS government and are not inclined to vote for it.

As a result, the BRSV cadre is waiting in the wings hoping for a call from the party leadership. It feels that reaching out to the youth is important as the youth in general is against the BRS government. Even the candidates in the fray seem to have ignored the student wing in their campaign.
