America is the dream destination of many without any doubt. It is no wonder that the United States enjoys the image of a land of opportunities given the vast opportunities the country has to offer. This is the reason behind foreign students preferring America over all the other nations.

Compared to other countries Indians have an unmatched craze for the US. With this, Indians who reach America are getting bigger and bigger with each passing year. After the Covid situation came under control the numbers picked up massively.

But the trend has changed now and the American dream of Indians looking bleak. A few factors are playing a key role in this. The current trend even raises the question of whether America’s image of the land of opportunities is in question.

It is known that the companies are going for layoffs. In particular, Tech companies are sacking employees in big numbers due to various reasons. Indians make up a big portion of Tech employees who are hired by the companies in the United States.

Even the students are facing issues with a big rise in college fees. They have few part-time job opportunities. Students land in America with a lot of expectations. But the conditions there are not favorable for them.

On top of this, the employees are getting less wages and there is a small confusion on the H-1B Visas. The rules were changed for renewing the visas. The Visa holders should mail their Visas to the concerned authorities.

The biggest concern for the Indian community is that attacks against them have increased. The percentage of attacks on Indians has increased massively.Considering all these factors Indians are reportedly advising the aspirants to have a second thought on their American dreams.
