Andhra Antarctica Connection: Good News For Rajamouli?

Something extremely significant in terms of geographical historic data has been established as a connection has been found between Andhra Pradesh and Antarctica.

According to the latest establishment made by geographical scientists, ancient rocks found in Andhra’s Vizianagaram-Salur region revealed strong evidence that India and Antarctica were once connected. This is largely a part of a massive mountain belt called the Rayner-Eastern Ghats orogen.

Researchers found matching rock ages, mineral composition, and geological history in both regions, helping trace the breakup of the Gondwana supercontinent nearly 130-150 million years ago.

This would essentially mean that there was a geographical connection between Andhra Pradesh and Antarctica, several millions of years ago. This could prove to be positive news for Rajamouli, who is currently working on Varanasi.
