US Presidential candidate Donald Trump escaped an assassination attempt recently at an election rally. While he was addressing the gathering the shooter opened fire. While one person died, a few others sustained injuries. What happened came as a big shock to one and all. The incident saw an unexpected development in India.

Days after the assassination attempt a special prayer was held in India. This happened in the national capital Delhi as the Hindu Sena held the prayers and Homam. The body said that for the long life of Donald Trump, the homam was performed.

Reports say that the members of the Hindu Sena were concerned about the safety of Donald Trump after the attack. And to seek divine help for the former President the homam was performed in New Delhi.

Homams and special prayers are now new in India as people do them for the well-being of either themselves or their families. But Homam for US Presidential candidate is what a big surprise to one and all.
