Big Shock To Bandla Ganesh: Court Awards Jail Imprisonment!

People related to the film industry are facing shocks. The other day it was reported that veteran actress Jaya Prada faced a big shock as the Court gave orders to the concerned SP to arrest her and produce her before the Court. As she did not attend the court despite serving multiple warrants the Court gave the orders.

Now it's the turn of Bandla Ganesh to face a shock. The Ongole Court gave orders in connection with a Cheque bounce case. One year imprisonment is awarded to him and a fine of Rs 95.10 lakhs.

Going into details, one Venkateswarlu filed a cheque bounce case in the Court as the cheque the actor-producer gave bounced. Bandla Ganesh took a sum of Rs 95 lakhs from the person and gave the cheque.

He took the amount back in 2019 and gave the cheque. Hearing the petition, the Ongole Court gave orders directing Bandla Ganesh to return the amount along with the court charges. He was also awarded jail imprisonment. However, he was allowed to appeal the orders in higher courts.

On the other hand, facing such shocking orders is not new for Bandla Ganesh. The Court gave orders sentencing Bandla Ganesh to a six-month jail term along with a fine. Back in 2017, the 14th Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Erramanzil gave the orders and directed him to pay a fine of Rs 15.86 lakhs. Later he was given conditional bail.
